Your order

Product features, materials, measurements and choices appear on the product page and in the creator. Check spelling, dates, size, font, metal and chain length before ordering.

Contact us promptly if you notice an error or want to change or cancel. Changes to personalised jewellery depend on how far production has progressed. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are final prices for the jewellery. The business is not VAT registered and charges no VAT. Any shipping and the order total appear before payment. Payment is handled in our Shopify checkout using the payment methods shown there. You receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery, returns and complaints

Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks from your order date. A chain is included with pendants and name necklaces. Read delivery terms.

Standard jewellery has a 14-day right of withdrawal. Personalised pieces may fall under the exception described in our returns and withdrawal terms. You have the right to complain about original defects for three years.

If we cannot agree

Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. If we cannot agree, you can contact Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes. You can also seek guidance from the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Mandatory consumer law takes precedence over terms that reduce your rights.
