Returns & withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal
For standard jewellery, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. With multiple deliveries, the period starts from the last item. Making a standard piece after ordering does not itself remove this right.
Withdrawal does not apply to jewellery made to your specific instructions or clearly personalised, such as a custom name or personal date or text engraving. The exception must be stated before purchase. Your rights regarding defects also apply to personalised pieces.
Notify us of withdrawal
Use the link below to open your orders and request a return or cancellation. You may also notify us by email, telephone or letter. A notice sent on time is valid without our prior approval.
Cancel or returnReturn shipping and refunds
Return the item within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The customer pays return shipping for a change of mind. Pack the jewellery securely; tracked shipping is recommended.

If you withdraw from the whole purchase, we refund the item price and original standard shipping. If you chose a more expensive delivery, we refund the equivalent standard shipping cost.
Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait for the item or proof of return.
You may inspect the jewellery. Handling beyond what is needed to establish its features and function may result in a deduction for actual loss of value. We charge no general administration or restocking fee for withdrawal.
Complaints about defects
You have the right to complain about original defects for three years. Contact us within a reasonable time after noticing the defect. A complaint within two months is always considered timely. Include your order number and describe the defect.
For accepted complaints, INOMMI covers necessary shipping. The defect is remedied without charge under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, for example by repair or replacement. A price reduction or cancellation may apply when the legal conditions are met.
